Stop living in the past. We all have our pasts to deal with. We cannot erase it but we can let it go and decide to move on. Uphold yourself out of the vicious cycle of the past and empower your life to the fullest. Do not justify the past by making excuses. Acknowledge your past errors but do not immerse yourself in them. Surrender everything to God. Permit Him to do his job, hoping in the thought that He will completely erase the past. Ease up. Be happy. Allow yourself to be like a child all over again. Never allow the past to destroy your future. Being Inspired . Remember that your thoughts effect your emotions. Control your thoughts and refine them into positive tools to become a conqueror. Stop criticizing yourself, instead find an opportunity to reaffirm yourself that your judgment is right. Do not make an create excuses for your actions, but instead be steadfast on the change you need comes from the innermost of yourself. Be responsible, approve and just love yourself. Savor your accomplishments. Never go back to that monstrous pattern of restlessness especially at mealtime. This is disrespect to our God. If you are in a predicament that you must settle, make a note on paper and leave it behind for awhile. Do not ever attempt to address issues before eating. The moment you have committed, stop the worrying and do something positive. If things cannot be changed, submit everything to God. The Lord sees everything. He can see your heart, your desires and longings. He also knows our flaws and potentials. Always appeal for wisdom for you to be able to accept your situation. Anticipate the future objectively. You are a renewed person. Your mind is no longer filled with counterproductive thoughts, but rather, it is replaced with sparkling and brand new assuring thoughts that you are a changed creation. Create a new list of your goals and priorities. Make a list of inspiring statements to say to yourself for encouragement. Joy and peace will no longer be easily captured from you because it is in your heart. It is your decision to be serene and joyful.
